Welcome August!
August is here and my garden starts a new phase. It is one of my most favorite months of the year, it is so warm and sunny which I and my garden flourish in.
The “no I am not ready for Fall” statement is in response to all the pumpkin, autumn decor and Halloween ads popping up in my email now.  Be gone from my sight and let me enjoy the height of Summer in peace!  Why rush it?  Summer will be here for nearly 2 more months let’s just enjoy it shall we.

The first blooms of the daisies are done and they have been dead headed and ready for re blooming.  But in their place for now are all the Echinacea’s.

Each little rose is no bigger than a quarter and it produces these gorgeous bouquets of white non-stop until the weather turns cold.  Vintage ground cover rose, FlowerPatchFArmhouse.comQueen Elizabeth

I will dead head it good and it will keep on blooming and maybe perk up even more.
